Self inspection and maintenance of truck scale:

1. The clearance around the weighing platform, the limiting device and the bottom of the truck scale shall be cleaned frequently to prevent stones and other foreign matters from jamming the scale body and affecting the weighing accuracy.

2. Regularly clean the platform of truck scale and check whether the line position clearance is reasonable.

3. In thunderstorm weather, check the drainage system of the truck scale to prevent the rain from soaking the relevant electronic components.

4. When conducting arc welding operation on the scale platform, attention must be paid to turning off the power supply, and it is prohibited to work when the power is on.

5. Always check the pressure head of the load cell, steel ball and other connecting parts of the scale platform to prevent looseness and apply grease.

6. Regularly check the grounding wire of the weighbridge and measure the grounding resistance to ensure that the resistance is ≤ 4 Ω;

7. In daily use, the vehicle speed of the upper scale shall be controlled ≤ 5KM/H;

8. Weigher and maintenance personnel shall be trained before operation.
